RCCG Victory Temple, Charlotte NC has a vision to spread the Word of God to the ends of the earth. It is a Bible believing church, where teachings and a missionary approach emphasize the proper conduct and moral behavior of people.
The church has an appeal to all types of people worldwide, with a determination to teach people in their various geographical areas, stages of secular life and levels of spiritual development. The General Overseer of the church is Pastor (Dr.) Enoch A. Adeboye.
From humble beginnings in 1952, the church has grown to over 3,000 parishes worldwide with a total congregational strength of over one million people, Presently, there are established missions in many African countries, as well as Europe, Asia, the United States, the Caribbean and Canada. The Redeemed Christian Church of God has also been involved in establishing schools, rehabilitation centers, child care and support centers.
Pastor Isaac Aladeniyi is the Senior Pastor of The Redeemed Christian church of God, Victory Temple, Charlotte NC, He was born in the city of Owo, Ondo State, Nigeria to Late Alhaji Sunmonu Aladeniyi, and Late Mama Rachel Aladeniyi. His parents were Islamic, but Mama later became a born-again Christian and a member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Lagos, Nigeria, while working as a part-time high school teacher at Ansarudeen Secondary School Isolo, Lagos Nigeria. Thereafter, he completed graduate studies with a Master’s degree in business administration at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He subsequently started working at Total Nigeria PLC where he rose to become the Industrial Sales Manager before answering the call of God to become a full-time pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). He is the husband of one wife, Pastor Mrs. Stella Aladeniyi, and four daughters.
Pastor Isaac path to knowing God and becoming his minister started at an early age. While attending the CAC church, he heard about the gospel of Jesus Christ through a witness. This evangelism convicted him, and he surrendered his life to Jesus Christ and started attending different Christian ministries in search of a place to nurture his faith. Around the same time his mother who had also become born again in RCCG, encouraged him to become a member of the church and his journey began in the RCCG.
After joining RCCG, he started as a Sunday School teacher in the Headquarters in Ebute Metta, Lagos Nigeria, and rose to become the Assistant Sunday School Superintendent. He was appointed as Assistant Director of Christian Education for the mission and served in multiple capacities. He was later transferred to the RCCG Surulere Main Parish (Redemption House) as Minister in charge. Later he was promoted to the position of Area Pastor while maintaining his secular job with Total Nigeria PLC.
As the demands of ministry work continued to increase, he resigned from his appointment with Total Nigeria PLC to become a full-time pastor with RCCG. He later became the pioneer state pastor of Ekiti State with about 90 parishes. The state grew to about two hundred and fifty parishes before he migrated with his wife and children to the United States.
Pastor Isaac Aladeniyi
Upon his arrival in the United States, he served as a pastor in RCCG Victory Temple Laurel, Maryland, and later Victory Temple Bowie, Maryland. After a few years, he moved to North Carolina where he started the first RCCG in Columbia, South Carolina, and afterwards the first RCCG in Charlotte.
He serves in various leadership roles in RCCG Americas 1. He is the regional pastor of RCCG North America 1 and a member of the North America Board of Zonal Coordinators. He serves as the Chairman of the Ordination Committee and the Assistant Continental Overseer in Charge of Doctrines.
