Service Operation Engineer Team (SOE)

The SOE Team at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Victory Temple Charlotte, NC, plays a crucial role in enhancing our worship experience and ensuring that our services run smoothly. Our mission to enhance worship experience through excellent technology and media services, ensuring that every aspect of our operation glorifies God, facilitates the spread of His Word, and makes it accessible to everyone within and outside our church community.

Our Purpose:

Facilitate Worship: We provide technical support for all church services, including sound, lighting, and visual presentations, to create an immersive and distraction-free worship environment.

Enhance Communication: Through audio-visual aids and live streaming, we ensure that the Word of God reaches a wider audience, including those who cannot attend in person.

Promote Engagement: We stream to the church’s social media platforms (Facebook & Youtube), and manage the website, and online content, keeping the congregation informed and engaged with church activities and events.

Support Ministries: By offering technical assistance to various church ministries, we help them to effectively carry out their missions and reach their goals.
